On Saturday, May, 19, His Eminence Archbishop Hovnan Derderian attended the meeting of the Diocesan Summer Camp Committee. During this meeting he presented for the first time the official camp curriculum which was developed by Fr. Sarkis Petoyan, Parish Priest of St. John Armenian Church of San Francisco. The Primate and the committee members praised Fr. Sarkis for his good work, which encompasses several years’ worth of religious and cultural instruction. The Diocesan candidate for the priesthood will be trained to instruct the youth at camp this year with Fr. Sarkis’s curriculum.
