Western Diocese

On Saturday, February 16, 2008, the Primate presided over the Western Diocese Summer Camp Program Committee meeting. The 2008 Summer Camp program Schedule was finalized during the meeting as the following: * First week – July 13-19, 2008 * Second week – July 20-26, 2008 * Third week – July 27 to August 2, 2008 * Fourth week – August 3-9, 2008 We gladly inform the faithful that the Diocesan Summer Camp Program has recently received $120,000 donation in accordance with the will of late Melkonian. Mrs. Jean Barsam has made a generous donation in the amount of $50,000 to the Camp Program. The Babarikian Fundation has also pledged $25,000 to cover the participation costs of students from several parishes in the Summer Camp Program. During the last year, several other significant donations were also made towards the Diocesan Summer Camp Program.
