Archpriest Fr. Dr. Zaven Arzoumanian Donates a Handwritten Mashdots and Several Other Books from 18th and 19th Centuries to Western Diocese

The collection of the precious Armenian books donated by Archpriest Fr. Dr. Zaven Arzoumanian will be kept at the library of the Western Diocese and will be available to the general public. The books were mainly publications from 18th and 19th centuries coming from diverse geographical regions and cities, e.g., Vagharshabad, Jerusalem, Constantinople and Venice.

His Eminence Archbishop Hovnan Derderian in a thank-you letter to Rev. Fr. Zaven Arzoumanian expressed appreciation on behalf of the Diocesan Council and the entire Western Diocese to Reverend Father for the wonderful collection donated to the Western Diocese. His Eminence in his letter also pointed out the profound and productive intellectual and spiritual contribution of Archpriest Fr. Dr. Zaven Arzoumanian to the Holy Armenian Apostolic Church during his more than fifty years of service to the Church.
