Western Diocese

On April 24, 2008, the Armenian Genocide Commemorative event sponsored by the City of Glendale began at 6:00 PM at the Alex Theater. The Honorable John Drayman, Mayor of Glendale, offered his remarks on the occasion of the first genocide of the 20^th century.  Very Rev. Fr. Baret Dz. V. Yeretsian, Pastor of St. Gregory the Illuminator Church – Pasadena, accompanied by Fr. Tavit Zelveyan of the Western Diocese represented the Primate at this event.
