Thirty Diocesan Clergy will take part during the Badarak and Program
Girard Chadergian will be ordained Sub-Deacon
His Eminence Archbishop Vatche Hovsepian will be honored for his 40th Anniversary Consecration as Bishop with Gontag /Encyclical By His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of all Armenians Holy See of Etchmiadzin
