Second Week of Camp 2012

Every year in the months of July and August, Camp Hye Sierra in Dunlap, California welcomes more than 500 campers and faculty. Camp Hye Sierra (a.k.a. Hye Camp) is known to campers as an “escape” to a serene retreat-like atmosphere where they enjoy their heritage, culture and faith. On July 25, 2012, the Primate paid a pastoral visit to campers who attended the Second Week of Hye Camp.
Together wiith Diocesan clergy and the participation of the campers, His Eminence delivered the day’s homily and encouraged the youth to remain true to their Christian faith and the sacred traditions of the Armenian Apostolic Church.
