His Eminence Archbishop Hovnan Derderian, Primate of the Western Diocese of the Armenian Church of North America, will be presiding over the European Dioceses ACYO's representatives meeting in Milan – Italy, June 22 – 24, 2007. On Sunday, June 24, 2007, His Eminence will be celebrating the Divine Liturgy and officiate an ordination of acolytes and sub-deacon. With this communiqué we would like to remind our faithful that upon the approval of His Holiness Karekin II, His Eminence established the International ACYO. The first meeting of fifty seven (57) representatives of the Dioceses from around the world took place in March 2007, in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, presided by Vehapar. The first International ACYO delegates assembly will be convened in July 10 -14, 2008 in Etchmiadzin. Details related to the activities of the International ACYO will be released in the subsequent months.
