Council of Oriental Orthodox Churches Convened at Syriac Archdiocese

On Tuesday, June 19, 2007, the head of the Oriental Orthodox Churches met at the Syriac Archdiocese. Accompanying the Primates were priests of the representative churches. During the meeting, it was agreed to hold the three traditional joint events initiated by the council few years back: Clergy gathering in January 2008, Youth Retreat in February 2008 and Sunday Schools programs in December 2007.
