On Wednesday, May 9^th, 2007 His Eminence Abp. Hovnan Derderian made his first pastoral visit to the Armenian Community of Camarillo. His trip consisted of a fellowship with community members hosted by Mr. and Mrs. Raffi Astvadzadourian. During this event, the Primate appointed a council whose goal is to organize the faithful of Camarillo and the outlying areas. Mr. Raffi Astvadzadourian was appointed chairperson of the council and Dn. Mkrtich Ksachikian was appointed as deacon in charge.
