Autism International Foundation Representatives Met with Primate

On August 11, 2008, Arpine Avdalyan-Sargsyan, Autism International Foundation Development Director, accompanied by Dr. Ira Heilveil, President of the Pacific Child and Family Associates, APC, visited His Eminence Archbishop Hovnan Derderian at the Western Diocese. The AIF representatives outlined the objectives of AIF efforts in Armenia in terms of raising public awareness as well as diagnosis and treatment of the disease for children. The Primate expressed his willingness to assist the AIF in their efforts in Armenia for the benefit of children suffering from this debilitating disease.
