We are pleased to inform the entire faithful that the construction efforts of the Cathedral are progressing according to plan. On January 27, 2010, the Primate presided over the Cathedral Fundraising Committee General Meeting at the Western Diocese.

During the meeting chaired by Mr. Antranik Zorayan, the committee members discussed the following important topics:

Blessing and opening ceremony - April 30, 2010
Tour of the Cathedral by the Diocesan Delegates - May 2, 2010
Consecration of the Cathedral by His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians - September 11, 2010

The meeting concluded with the Primate's closing prayer.
