CEC Event – St. John Garabed, San Diego

On February 27, 2010, on the occasion of the Great Lent, the Christian Education Council of the Western Diocese presented a Lenten Workshop entitled "Seasoned With Grace" at St. John Garabed Armenian Church in San Diego.
Close to 25 children and teenagers participated in the event. Rev. Archpriest Fr. Datev Tatoulian taught them prayers, explained the meaning behind Holy Communion, prepared wafers with the Sunday School students and distributed them to the guests. The Deacons of the Parish had also participated in the event.
The Ladies Society of the St. John Garabed had prepared a wonderful lunch for the event.
