Commencement Ceremony at Alfred and Marguerite Hovsepian School

The commencement ceremony of the graduating class of Alfred and Marguerite Hovsepian School was held on June 26, 2010 at the AGBU Cultural Center in Pasadena, California.
The graduating students led a processional. The Primate offered the opening prayer. After the singing of the national anthems, the 5th grade students offered the opening remarks. They also recited Avetik Isahakyan's "Ktak." Mrs. Ghazarian, Homeroom Teacher, addressed her speech to the graduating class. The conferring of Diplomas and Awards followed the speech.
After the Valedectorian farewell address, the graduating 8th grade class received the diplomas and awards.
Chairman Mr. Hartyoon Hilalian addressed the students with a memorable speech. Principal Mr. Shahe Mankerian delivered his words of encouragement.
Rev. Fr. Mikael Kyureghyan delivered the closing remarks and congratulated the students. He also reflected on the dedicated service of the school's spiritual administrator Archpriest Fr. Sarkis Petoyan. He also thanked the Principal and the teachers for their wonderful service. He wished continued success to the students and the faculty of the school.
