On August 19, 2008, His Eminence Archbishop Hovnan Derderian, Primate, presided over the Ladies’ Society Central Council Meeting chaired by Mrs. Araxie Boyamian, Chairlady. The draft 2009 schedule was presented and discussed during the council meeting. The draft 2009 schedule was finalized and adopted by the council. The Ladies’ Society Central Council also agreed to become one of the Godfathers of the Mother Cathedral and raise the necessary funds through fundraising event in the upcoming years.In conclusion, the Ladies’ Society Central Council members were led on a tour of the construction site of the Mother Cathedral by His Eminence Archbishop Hovnan Derderian.
