New Priesthood Candidates Begin their Education in U.S.

Beginning this fall, several new Priesthood Candidates from the Western Diocese will resume their higher education in various educational institutions in California and New York. Dn. Arsen Hayrapetyan, Dn. Grigor Avagyan, and Dn. Hovnan Vardanyan are enrolled in the Master of Divinity program of the Clermont School of Theology and will be attending school as fulltime students, beginning Fall-2008. Dn. Martin Zakaryan is enrolled in a similar program at the Church Divinity School of the Pacific.Priesthood-Candidates Dn. Mkrtich Ksackikyan and Dn. Ryan Tellelian are the current Diocesan Seminaries at St. Nersess Armenian Seminary in New Rochelle (NY). This fall they will be joined by Dn. Haig Tigranian, another Priesthood-Candidates from the Western Diocese.Dn. Guzh Khachikyan who has recently joined the Diocese from Armenia attends English classes.
