Primate to Pay Pastoral Visit St. John Armenian Church in San Francisco

On Sunday, August 5, 2012, Diocesan Primate Archbishop Hovnan Derderian will pay a pastoral visit to the faithful community of San Francisco where he will celebrate the Divine Liturgy and deliver the day’s homily at St. John Armenian Church.
During the service, St. John Parishioner and an outstanding pillar of the Western Diocese Charlie Tateosian will receive the Pontifical Encyclical of His Holiness Karekin II on the occasion of his 90th Birthday. The Encyclical of His Holiness will be presented to the honoree by Archbishop Hovnan Derderian. The service will be followed by a reception in honor of Charlie Tateosian.
