Nearly 70 students and staff members from the AGBU School in Canoga Park visited the Western Diocese for lunch.

The Vicar General of the Western Diocese, Very Rev. Fr. Dajad Dz. V. Yardemian, presided over the Mother Cathedral Building Committee meeting on Saturday, March 8, 2008. The construction budget and the details of the construction contract were discussed during the meeting.
For several years, the Western Diocese in collaboration with the Diocese of Ararat have provided aid to numerous local orphans in Armenia.

The Western Diocese Endowment Fund at its February 16, 2008 meeting authorized the distribution of $212,784 to its beneficiaries.
