Western Diocese

On April 1, 2008, representatives from the Oriental Orthodox Churches met and discussed issues of mutual interests.  His Eminence Archbishop Hovnan Derderian, Primate, and Very Rev. Fr. Dajad Dz. V. Yardemian, Vicar General, participated in this meeting. Archpriest Fr. Arshag Khatchadourian accompanied the Diocesan leadership at this meeting. The general framework for the joint cooperation and programs for the year 2009 were considered during the meeting and necessary decisions were reached for the implementation of the approved programs.
