His Eminence Archbishop Hovnan Derderian, Primate, accompanied by a procession of clergy attended a Genocide Commemoration held at Glendale Civic Auditorium

On April 24 at 8:00pm, a political gathering and Genocide Commemoration was held at the Glendale Civic Auditorium with the Primate Abp. Hovnan Derderian, former Primate Abp. Vatche Hovsepian, and other clergy in attendance. Speakers included State Senator Jack Scott, State Assemblymember Paul Krekorian, and the Honorable Armen Liloyan, Consul General for Armenia. Upon the conclusion of the program the clergy performed a requiem service in memory of the martyrs of the Armenian Genocide.
